I was born in Sheboygan on January 1, 1939.

Grow up in Manitowoc County on a 120 area farm. Graduated from Valders High School in 1956. Came to Madison in 1962 for a job at the Barley & Malt Lab. Married in 1963, took my city born husband to buy a lot in the Tower Hill subdivision in 1966. We built and moved into our new home in1967. After living there for 31 years we built another house on Fish Hatchery Rd. Moved into the new house in 1999.

I have two sons: one lives in Evansville, WI. The other one lives in Waipahu, Hawaii.
