Douglas Wayne Morrissette, the Town Chair from 1975 to 1981 and the City Mayor from 1993 to 1999 died Wednesday, October 16, 2019. He was also the southern director of the Department of Natural Resources at the Nevin Fish Hatchery in Fitchburg.
